It is a League requirement that Swim Meets end by 11:00pm. Most meets run shorter. If you must leave a meet and you are scheduled to swim in an upcoming event, YOU MUST consult with the COACH.
Relays will be scheduled prior to each meet based on the vacation schedule.
The event/relay entries for the meet will be posted in the clubhouse lobby 24 hours before the meet. The information will also be posted at the meet in the team area.

All swimmers are required to stay in the team area during the meets. If your child cannot be found for their event, he or she may miss their event.
Heat sheets will be sold at all meets. A heat sheet helps you keep up with your child's events, and allows you to support the other swimmers on your team.
Bring chairs, towels, change of clothes, or anything else you might enjoy at the meet. If a swim meet is delayed or postponed due to inclement weather, the coaches will keep everyone informed of the swim meet plan. DO NOT LEAVE OR NOT SHOW UP.
